The SCOBA ’07 family extends its deepest condolences to our dear brother, Emmanuel “Porga” Onyekachukwu, on the passing of his beloved mother, Late Mrs. Ebele Josephine-Mary Nlekuwa (née Oguejiofor | Iyom Jesus), who departed this world at the age of 64.
The funeral ceremonies took place in August 2025, and members of SCOba ’07 joined the Nlekuwa family to offer their support, comfort, and prayers during this difficult time.

Thanksgiving Mass at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church.
SCOBA ’07 members were online via zoom to stand in solidarity with our brother, providing moral support, encouragement, and compassion as he bid farewell to a woman fondly remembered for her love, strength, and devotion to family.
We pray that God grants the Nlekuwa family the grace to bear this loss, and may Mama’s soul find eternal rest in the loving arms of her Creator.
May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.
